CanDo was founded in 2011 to support mothers with complex needs in the West Midlands. We work with qualified Doulas to provide support and care for mothers who are often frightened, vulnerable and unable to depend upon partners or family. They are often challenged by financial and housing issues, domestic violence and a lack of support and protection. With the help of CanDo Doulas, they receive practical and emotional support throughout their pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
